Processing and shipping
Each order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. You receive an immediate confirmation email, then a second email with your tracking number as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.
Delivery time
Allow an average of 7 to 14 business days depending on your zone, with a slightly longer delay during peak periods (sales, end-of-year holidays). The estimated delivery time is also indicated on each product page.
Order tracking
The tracking number sent by email allows you to track the package step by step until delivery. You can also check the status of your order from your customer account.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout, before payment validation — no surprises at the last step.
Your right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with articles L. 221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to withdraw, without justification. This legal right is in addition to our more generous 30-day commercial guarantee. The complete terms (standard form, refund, exceptions) are detailed in our Refund Policy.
Returning a product
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return under our commercial guarantee (see our Guarantee page). Contact us via the Contact page with your order number: we will provide you with instructions within 24 to 48 hours.
Delayed or undelivered package
If the indicated deadline is exceeded without news of your package, write to us with your order number: we will investigate with the carrier and get back to you within 48 hours.
